*Kettlebell Complex:
WITH ONE HAND,
1 Russian swing (shoulder height)
1 Kettlebell clean
1 Kettlebell thruster
1 Kettlebell snatch
ALTERNATE HANDS PER REP

**Kettlebell Burpee:
Hold the kettlebell with one hand through the entire burpee
DO NOT JUMP, only stand up (deadlift), then switch hands and continue
