400m Run w/ 53/35lb Kettlebell
20 Goblet Squats w/ 53/35lb KB
20 Pushups, hands on Kettlebell

For the pushups, lay the kettlebell on it’s side and put both hands on it (close-hand style pushups). Touch your chest to the kettlebell every rep.
