“BRING SALLY UP” (paused back squats)

You will start the back squat at beginning of song squat Down on down cadence and Up on up cadence.  Song is 3 minutes 30 seconds for a total of 30 reps

ROUND 1 – 65lbs

ROUND 2 – 85LBS

ROUND 3 – 105lbs

30 seconds between rounds to change plates.

Continue to add 20lbs until you cannot complete the 3 minute and 30 second song
