FOR TIME:

1 Kettlebell Swing/1 Goblet Squat   53/35

2 Kettlebell Swings/2 Goblet Squats

3 Kettlebell Swings/3 Goblet Squats ..

15 Kettlebell Swings/15 Goblet Squats

Add one kettlebell swing and one goblet squat each set until you get to 15 of each. Use the same kettlebell for both movements.
