15 Deadlifts @ 135/85lbs
10 Push-ups (on the bar)
5 Upright rows @ 135/85lbs
*10 burpee penalty for taking a hand off the bar

The name of the game today is mental focus! Don’t let go of the bar…
Push-ups will be done with the hands on the bar, touch your chest to the bar for full depth.
How far can you go before you have to let go? Yes, you can rest and everything while holding on to the bar even if it’s on the ground.
Who will do the entire workout without letting go?
