Scale as necessary, but stay heavier than normal. IF YOU HAVE PULLUP BARS, do weighted pullups, whatever you can manage for a few reps.
Weight burpee-over-the-bar is a regular burpee while holding a plate. BE CAREFUL and don’t smash your fingers! Instead of the jump and clap, jump and press.
