100m Shame Walk
Step 1: With a slamball or plate, hold it overhead and perform 1 lungewalk step forward
Step 2: Bring the slamball or plate to your chest, and perform 1 goodmorning
Step 3: Continue, alternating legs with the lungewalk steps
**At the start of every minute, perform 5 burpees**
