FOR MAX WEIGHT:

5 Back Squats
3 Push Press (from the back)
1 Thruster (from the back)
*complete 100 sit-ups before packing up

The complex is to be completed as one set. Use our tried and true barbell buddy rack system to get the bar onto your back.
The situps can be broken up, but complete them before we finish. Feel free to do more if you are able.
