FIND YOUR MAX FOR EACH COMPLEX:

1 Deadlift
1 Clean
1 Front Squat

and

1 Snatch Grip Deadlift
1 Snatch
1 Overhead Squat

Post your top two weights used to the comments.

It shouldn’t take more than 10-12 minutes to find a max for each complex. Work in teams; Andy will be roaming with tips and technique.
