FOR MAX WEIGHT:

“Bear Complex”

3 sets of 7 reps
1 rep =
     1 Power Clean
     1 Front Squat
     1 Push Press (or jerk)
     1 Back Squat
     1 Push Press

Post your highest weight used to complete a set to the comments.

Today is the full blown bear complex, with all seven reps done in a row and unbroken.

Tonight the first WOD for the 2015 CrossFit Games Open will be announced at 2000EST time, we will do that wod tomorrow (unless it isn’t feasible).
