12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS!

FOR TIME:

1 100m sprint
2 Thrusters (95/65)
3 Push Press (95/65)
4 Power Cleans (95/65)
5 Hand Release Pushups
6 Air Squats
7 KB Swings (53/35)
8 Med Ball Situps (20/14)
9 KB SDHP (53/35)
10 Double Unders
11 Burpees
12 OH Walking Lungewalk Steps (45/25)

THE WAY IT WORKS
 is the same way you sing the song 12 days of christmas:

1x 100m sprint

2x Thrusters
1x 100m sprint

3x push press
2x thrusters
1x 100m sprint

4x power cleans
3x push press
2x thrusters
1x 100m sprint

etc…

and so on, until you are at 12 lungewalks and work your way back down the ladder and call time.
What this means is you will be doing 364 total reps. 

This wod will take some time so start as soon as you get a good warm-up in and share equipment, as everyone will quickly space out the reps from each other.

SCALING:
Simply run straight through the list for 2 rounds.
