2 Turkish Get-ups (1 rep per arm)
6 Kettlebell Snatches (3 reps per arm)

*No RX weight.. pick a lighter kettlebell today.

Getting up from the ground in a Turkish get-up is only HALF the rep, you must go back down to the start position for the rep to be complete! The move will be demo’d and taught.
