NOTE:  If it is raining , we will have an alternate WOD in the Vince gym.

FOR TIME:

In teams of 2, complete the following:

1. 50 Thrusters each 45/35lbs. Pass the bar back and forth as often as you need to but do not put the bar down. 5 burpee penalty for each team member every time the bar is on the ground. Complete penalty when thrusters are complete.

2. Load bar with weight 115/75lbs

3. Run 200m as a team with your weighted bar

4. 50 situps each. These can be done at the same time. Each team member locks feet on one of the plates on the bar.

5. Run 200m as a team with your weighted bar.

6. 25 pushups each with hands on bar. One partner is on each side of the bar. Resting position is in plank position.

7. Run 200m as a team with your weighted bar.
