One Hand Kettlebell Snatch
One Hand Kettlebell Swing
One Hand Kettlebell Push Press

Double Unders

For the rounds you will do 10-8-6-4 each hand for the kettlebell exercises – switch hands halfway through each round).  Weight is up to you.  All kettlebell exercises are one handed so take that into account.
