FOR TIME:

“Your Barbell is Your Best Friend” Partner WOD

Each Team will perform the following at 95/65lbs

50 Box Jumps (18″/24″) (Barbell must be held overhead by non-jumping partner. Alternate jumps as needed – 50 total for the team)
400m Barbell Carry (Carry together)
3 Hang Power Cleans (Each partner completes 3)
2 Front Squats (Each partner completes 2)
1 Push Press (Each)
200m run (One partner runs while the other holds the barbell in the hang position. When person back from run, switch – each teammate does the run)

3 Burpee penalty for each partner for putting the bar on the ground anytime during the workout
