FOR TIME – DECK OF CARDS WOD
As many folks will be at home today, I wanted to pick something that could be done at home! And, this is something you can get the family involved with!
Remove all face cards from a deck of cards (or leave them in for a longer workout). The number on cards is the number of reps performed for each exercise and aces are one rep (Face cards are 10 reps each if you leave them in). For jokers, you will double your reps for the next card.
Flip one card at a time and complete the correct exercise and number of reps for each.
Pick one exercise to perform for each suit. Below is an example but pick whatever you want!
Hearts = Burpees
Diamonds = Situps
Spades = Hand release pushups
Clubs = Squats
Some other exercises that work for this workout: Double Unders, Dips, Pullups, Kettlebell Swings, Ring Rows, Rope Climbs, etc
