FOR TIME:

In Teams Of 3-5, each team member will complete the following:

30 Kettlebell Swings 53/35lbs
30 Elevated Pushups
30 Medicine Ball Situps 20/14lbs
30 Burpees
30 Double Unders
30 Push Press 45/35lbs
150ft Sprint

We will set this workout up in rows. There will be a team in each row.  You cannot move to the next station until the team member ahead of you has completed those reps.

Pick the order of your team accordingly. Time is total team time.

If you are doing this solo, run through the complete workout once for time.
