AS MANY ROUNDS AS POSSIBLE IN 15 MINUTES: 10 Medicine Ball Cleans 20/10lbs 20 Kettlebell Swings 53/35lbs 30 Box Jumps 24/18″ Let’s hope for no rain!!  If raining we will have an inside workout for the Vince gym!
