Tabata Medicine Ball Clean 20/15lbs
Rest 1 minute
Tabata Medicine Ball Slam
Rest 1 minute
Tabata Medicine Ball Push-Up
Rest 1 minute
Tabata Medicine Ball Squat
Rest 1 minute
Tabata Medicine Ball Sit-up

The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals.
Tabata score is the least number of reps performed in any of the eight intervals.

Tabata score is lowest for each exercise and total together for final score.
E.G., 10, 22, 9, 15, 15 = 71

If it is raining at lunch, we will do a Tabata inside the Vince gym.
