35 pound Dumbbell thruster, 8 reps
35 pound Dumbbell walking lunge, 12 steps

CrossFit Football WOD:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:
Push Press @ 80% of 3 RM – 3 reps
40 lbs Ball Slams – 5 reps
