Modified “Bear Complex”

AS MANY SETS AS POSSIBLE IN 15 MINUTES:

1 SET = 7 REPS
1 REP =
1 Power clean
1 Front Squat
1 Push Press
1 Back Squat
1 Push press

*1 REP is 5 separate movements that flow into the next, and one SET is 7 CONTINUOUS REPS with no breaks.
*Each set is to be done WITHOUT LETTING GO OF THE BAR, AND NOT LETTING THE BAR REST ON THE GROUND ONCE THE SET HAS STARTED.

What you CAN do:
-Clean instead of a power clean and front squat
-Deadlift into high hang, rest, then clean or power clean/front squat
-Clean instead of power clean/front squat/hang power clean
-Jerk instead of press or push press
-Take as much time as you want between sets

The normal Bear Complex WOD is 5 sets for max weight.  Due to our numbers and limited weights, you will use the same weight for the whole workout so choose your weight accordingly!
