7 ROUNDS FOR TIME:

10 Ball Slams 20/15lbs
10 Burpees
10 Double Unders

Just a reminder – tomorrow we will be doing the Bring Bowe Home workout at lunch. This is a longer workout.  We will be sharing bars for this WOD – we will set bars up at multiple weights.  As the number of bar reps is low, we will all start this together (or once you are warmed up).  There will be a shorter scaled workout available.  I will also have a poster for the group to sign.  Last year we shared it with the family.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
10 Burpees
25 Double-unders

As many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:

50 lbs DB Thrusters – 9 reps
Handstand Push Ups – 9 reps
