AS MANY ROUNDS AS POSSIBLE IN 15 MINUTES:

Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift High Pulls 53/35lbs
Wall Balls 20/14lbs

For this workout you will increase a rep of each exercise each round. Example: first round is one SDHP and one WB, second round is 2 SDHPs and 2 WBs. Continue increasing a rep each round until 15 minutes is complete.
