1 Minute Box Jumps 24/18″
1 Minute Push Press 45/35lbs
1 Minute Walking Lunges
1 Minute Medicine Ball Situps 20/14lbs
1 Minute Rest

As we always do with station workouts, we will start groups at each station and you will rotate through the exercises in the order above. You will keep a continuous count of reps for the entire workout.

21-18-15-12-9-6 and then 3 rep rounds of:
Handstand push-ups
L-Pull-ups

Complete for time:
100 Pull Ups
*Complete 100 pull ups for time using a kipping pull up, a strict pull up or any other way you can from an open shoulder to your head over the bar.
