Death by Clean and Jerk @ 135/95lbs

Post your rounds and reps completed to the comments.

Death by format is as follows:
Minute 1 = 1 rep
Minute 2 = 2 reps
Minute 3 = 3 reps
Continue until you cannot complete the required reps in that minute.

10 x 50 yard sprints or 10 x 25 yard prowler sprints

*Go as heavy as possible for prowlers
*Rest 45 seconds between sprints & 60 seconds for prowler sprints
