Monday 25 March WOD

FOR TOTAL REPS:

10 Rounds, 1 minute each
100m Run
Burpees

Start each minute with a 100m run. Complete burpees the rest of each minute.  Count total burpees for the entire workout.

This wod is ten minutes of non-stop moving.  No rest between rounds.  Go right into the next sprint at the top of each minute and keep a continuous count of burpees for the entire workout.  Have fun!!

Melissa will not be there due to jury duty. Hope to see you all tomorrow!
