Tabata This!

Squats
Double Unders

Tabata = 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each round
8 rounds per movement
Complete all 8 rounds of one movement before moving to the next

We are scoring this a little bit differently this time! In the past we have recorded the total of all reps completed in all rounds. This time, the score is the least number of reps performed for any of the eight rounds of each exercise.
Example: For situps, if your 8 rounds have the following reps: 10, 12, 12, 12, 14, 10, 9, 12. We will count your situps as 9 reps.

This scoring system ensures that you do not use one round as a rest round. Push yourself for all 8 rounds of each movement!
