Wear your favorite team’s shirt to the workout today!!


5 Rounds, 2 Minutes Each Round
– 200m Run
– Max Burpees in remaining 2 minutes
1 Minute Rest Between Rounds.

Post total burpees to the comments.

Each round will be timed separately with a 1 minute rest in between each round. In each 2 minute round, you will run 200m and in the time remaining in the round, you will perform as many burpees as you can do. Obviously the faster you complete the run, the more time you will have to do burpees!
