Run 800 meters
115 pound Front squat, 30 reps
115 pound Power clean, 30 reps
CrossFit Football WOD:
Complete 8 rounds:
5 Singlel Leg Lateral Hops
20 yard sprint
*Rest 60 seconds between rounds
*Use a 12-18″ hurdle or cone for the jumps.
*Alternate legs every round for 4 left and 4 right.
*On the fifth jump land and transition into a 20 yard sprint.
