Friday 26 October WOD

AS MANY REPS AS POSSIBLE IN 21 MINUTES

In teams of 3
Every minute on the minute for 21 minutes, rotate the following stations:
-Overhead barbell hold @ 95/65lbs
-Burpees
-Rest

*Team score is the total number of burpees completed
*BARBELL CAN NOT TOUCH THE GROUND ONCE THE WOD HAS STARTED
*If the barbell touches the ground during the wod, a penalty of -5 burpees will be taken from the total score
*BURPEES DO NOT COUNT IF THE BARBELL IS NOT IN THE OVERHEAD POSITION
*Each team will require a 4 person to referee their performance and count reps

7 Box Jumps @ 24/20″
