15-12-9 Reps Clean and Jerk

This workouts is performed in sets. For each set (15 reps, 9 reps, 6 reps), you will use the same weight. Pick a weight that you can clean and jerk for 15 reps, 12, reps and 9 reps. Each set needs to be performed unbroken. It is a touch and go on the floor only. Even a re-grip on the floor is a foul/disqualification. You can rest as needed between sets. No dumping the bar!
