Today is a split day… one half do one wod, the other half do the other.

DOUBLE KETTLEBELL CLEAN AND JERK: I’m sure there is a shorter name for this, but basically you will be holding TWO kettlebells. Swing them like you would for a KB swing, but pull your elbows back and catch the kettlebells in the rack position. From there, put them overhead.
