1 Kettlebell deadlift RIGHT HAND
2 Kettlebell high pulls RIGHT HAND
3 Kettlebell snatches RIGHT HAND
4 Kettlebell shoulder-to-overhead RIGHT HAND
*Repeat the complex with the left hand to complete 1 round*
Post your rounds, reps, and weight used to the comments.
One full round is the complex completed with BOTH HANDS. After you finish all the reps with the right hand (in sequence), you still need to do the same thing but with the left hand before you can mark a round completed. Everything will be demo’d prior to the workout as well.
