18 Burpee bar jump overs
6 Ground to overhead
16 Burpee bar jump overs
4 Ground to overhead
14 Burpee bar jump overs
2Ground to overhead
12 Burpee bar jump overs

Ground to overhead is exactly as it sounds… get the weighted bar overhead however you want (snatch, clean & jerk, etc)
Burpee bar jump overs are also like they sound… do a burpee but instead of just jumping up and clapping, you are jumping over the bar
