FOR MAX WEIGHT:

Press (behind the neck)

Post your max weight lifted for each movement to the comments.

 Today is sort of a barbell complex, but it’s really just a progression through the three basic overhead movements. After your warm-up, the first 4 individual reps are a strict press. After that comes the push press (dip and drive, follow through with a press), then the jerk (dip and drive, move under the bar to catch it). 
All of these will start from behind the neck, meaning the bar is in the same position it would be if you were doing a high-bar back squat.

ONLY POST THE MAX WEIGHT PER MOVEMENT, i.e. your score would look like this:

140lb – 175lb – 220lb

Use your buddies to act as a weight rack since we don’t have any :)

U.S. Marine Lance Corporal Justin James “JJ” Wilson, 24, of Palm City, Florida, assigned to 3rd Battalion, 10th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force, based in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, was killed on March 22, 2010, while supporting combat operations in Helmand province, Afghanistan. He is survived by his wife Hannah McVeigh, parents Lance and Frances, brother Christopher, and sister Jamie-Ella.
