Wallball shots @ 20/14lbs

Run 400m
Burpees

R3
Run 200m
Situps

R4
100m Walking lungesteps
Box Jumps @ 24/18″

Post your time and total reps completed to the comments.

While one person is running, the other is pumping out reps. When the runner comes back, switch positions. After both partners have completed the round, move on to the next one. Keep a continuous count of reps, we will monitor the time.
