    16:42 as Rx’d…pushed myself hard enough that my driveway was introduced to my first Paleo breakfast. May have been the remaining non-Paleo delicacies that I enjoyed at yesterday’s gator bowl :-/

    15:20 w/75lbs OH squats!!!!!
    Lost 15-18lbs from Paleo and still going strong :-)
