    Hey Andy or Melissa,

    Can you give me some guidance on the band assisted ring dips. I have the pull-up bar, rings, and band at home but I’m failing to make a constructive effort at not shooting myself through my garage roof. Should I place the band around my knees or around my feet? Thanks.
