Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
24 inch Box Jump, 12 reps
95 pound Thruster, 6 reps
6 Bar-facing burpees

    Worked out at Crossfit14 today, new gym by my house. The WOD was 6 Deadlifts(95lb), 7 Burpees, 10 KB swings (44lb) and 200M run, AMRAP for 12mins. Since they considered me new, they would not let me do the full 20 min WOD. Completed 4rds plus 7 burpees. Think I represented CENTCOM well, props to Andy and Melissa, trainers at Crossfit14, told me my forms were great.
