Back squat
2×20

Push Press
3-3-3-3-3

This is going to take teamwork today! Since we don’t have squat racks, work in teams of 3 per barbell: 2 people to hold the bar up, while the 3rd gets it on their back. Use a rotation to fluidly switch people and hit your sets.
Your first set of 20 should be something you know you can do. The second set of 20 needs to be heavier and a challenge!

REMEMBER: You should be going for MAXIMUM DEPTH for EVERY squat! 

Good work yesterday, even though it may have been a little confusing. Great to watch everyone go at the same time, we don’t usually get to do that!
