    HQ WOD Scaled:
    20 handstand pushups progression (upside down “v” head touch the ground)
    30 pull ups green band
    40 sumo dead lift high pulls 30 lb dumbbell (35 lb kb ordered)
    50 sit ups
    60 burpees (ugh)
