Here is how it will work… due to limited space on the pullup bar, we have given you the option of workouts today. When you get to the gym, sign your name up under one of the workouts. When we reach about 10 on one workout we will ask people to fill in under the other so we will have even groups for tomorrow.
Due to how large we have grown, you will see some split groups whenever we use the pullup bar. I am trying to get a bar one put outside the gym but that is a work in progress.
