Death by Clean and Jerk 135/95lbs
A classic ‘death by’ wod, this one runs the same as the others:
With a continuously running clock, perform 1 c&j at the start of the 1st minute, 2 c&j’s at the start of the second minute, 3 c&j’s on the start of the third minute, and so on until you cannot complete the required number of reps for that minute (still get as many as you can).
If the Rx’ed weight is too much for you to make it past 5 minutes (rep scheme would look like 1-2-3-4-5), go with less weight from the start. Aim for 7 rounds or more.
