AS MANY ROUNDS AS POSSIBLE IN 20 MINUTES:

Run 50m with Medicine Ball 20/14lbs
20 Ball Slams
Run 50m with Medicine Ball
10 Wall Ball Shots

You will keep your med ball with you throughout this whole workout. The only time it should touch the ground is for the ball slams. If the ball hits the ground at any other time, you will do a 5 burpee penalty. Post any penalties taken to the comments too.
