1 Mile run
100 Pullups
200 Pushups
300 Squats
1 Mile run

Going big today, you’ll need all the time you can get so show up early if you can. We will have to share the pullup bar, so do as many as you can in a row then let someone else on.
Pushups are chest-to-ground and all the way back up!

CrossFit HQ WOD:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
3 Wall climbs
10 Up-downs
5 Parallette pass-throughs (forward + back = 1)
10 Grasshoppers (right + left = 1)

For the wall climbs, toes and chest touch the ground to toes and chest touch the wall. For the up-downs, thighs touch the ground then stand up fully. For the pass-throughs, the hips open at the front and back. For the grasshoppers, the shin contacts the opposite forearm.

    Just got back from a friends house, spreading the joy of CrossFit. This was his first time and he had a visit from Pukey the Clown. LOL. I really didn’t see that coming. He said he’ll be back tomorrow, we’ll see. I’ll have to do the Murphy tomorrow. Doing full pull-ups (not ring rows, or rubber band) I forsee 1:30ish. Lawl…I can’t wait…Lawl.
