5-10-15-20-25yd Shuttle sprint directly into a:
50yd Dash 

Post your splits to the comments.

The two sprints for each round are not separate, as soon as you touch back at the start line after the 25yd shuttle sprint, take off into the final 50yd dash to cross the finish line.
When you hear GO, it is the shuttle sprints and then right into the 50yd dash across the finish line.
