On the minute for 15 minutes,
5 Burpees over the bar
Max rep thrusters @ 115/75lbs

Post your total reps to the comments.

When the clock starts, perform 5 burpees. Instead of jumping and clapping overhead, jump over the bar you are using for the thrusters. You can jump sideways over the bar, just as long as both feet leave the ground at the same time, as well as with the landing.

For the remaining time of that minute, perform as many thrusters as you can (front squat into a push press). When the next minute starts, 5 more burpees and then back to thrusters.

    i tried it… first round my hands slipped and if felt like they were smashed by a sledgehammer, 2nd round the bar hit the open wound on my shin which has been reopened continuously for the last three months and bled everywhere so i called it a day. 10 reps rx’ed lol
