AS MANY ROUNDS AS POSSIBLE IN 13 MINUTES:

5 Tuck Jumps
7 Kettlebell swings @ 53/35lb
11 Medball Situps @ 20/14lb

Post your rounds and reps to the comments.

TUCK JUMP: From standing, jump and tuck your knees into your chest (while in the air..) for one rep.

Feel free to go heavier on the kettlebell swings, but not so heavy that you spend 30 seconds prepping for the first rep and another minute recovering from the seventh.
