    Thanks guys. Taking care of some family business today. But thanks to everyone for motivating me and pushing me to be better. I couldn’t have done it without the help of Melissa, Andy and the rest of the crew.

    I did my one burpee already. And I did 20 sprints (parking lot distance, maybe 100 meters?). Got a good sweat. Total time was 21 mins.

    today was a good session, felt good and more flexible throughout despite not eating all day and now afterwards I’m pretty messed up :)

    5×1 @ 165 missed the last one… pulled it so hard that i surprised myself and missed the catch because it was still going up in the air lol
    1×2 @ 145

    clean and jerk
    5×1 @ 210 missed the last one due to a hurried and sloppy jerk
    1×1 @ 190
    1×2 @ 185 actually missed the second jerk because i hit my chin, but quickly power cleaned it back up and got the jerk

    front squat

    2×2 @ 225

    felt good to hit 245 again. that is my current max and the first time i hit it about 7 months ago, it completely drained me and that was on a 1-1-1-1-1 day. today, i hit it after having done everything listed above :)
