CrossFit HQ WOD:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
15 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
15 foot Rope climb, 1 ascent

    went to the base gym around 1530 today:

    1×1 @ 145
    1×2 @ 135

    clean and jerk
    1×1 @ 205
    1×1 @ 190

    front squat
    1×1 @ 235
    2×2 @ 210

    made every lift… tried a different foot position on the front squats as well as taking it slow in the movement and it was wayyyy better. each lift was relatively easy. so kind of a light day, then i went to cfcc and did friday’s wod. Time was 22:47 after not doing any crossfit in over two weeks. The slowest parts were the knees to elbows, burpees, and wall balls. the burpees and wallballs took like 10 minutes combined… the back extensions really screwed my head up :)
